Apartment Specifications

Prices vary based on location. All apartment homes have a balcony or patio, open floor plan, covered parking and a full size washer dryer. Select apartment homes have a mountain view, and/or vaulted ceilings with plant shelves.

Each apartment comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer, oven-range, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. We pay water and sewer and garbage. All of our apartment homes come with a covered parking space with the option of renting a garage for additional cost. Idaho Power Co. has approved our community to meet their: "Good Cents" standards. This makes your electric heat and air conditioning not only comfortable but affordable as well. Cable TV. is provided by Cable One at an additional charge.

*A Garage can be rented for an additional $50 a month*

We require a $150.00 security deposit and a $30.00 non-refundable fee (per adult or married couple) to take an apartment off the market. Upon approval of your application the security deposit becomes your refundable cleaning deposit. At the time of your move-in you will need to pay a non-refundable fee of $150.00 and your pro-rated move-in amount (which will be from the day you move-in to the end of the month). We offer flexible lease terms of 6,9,or 12 months. You can do a 3 month lease with an additional $100.00 fee per month.

Our pet policy allows two household pets. Your pet must be at least one year old. Our policy also requires that your pet be neutered or spayed. Cats must be de-clawed. We require a $400.00 pet deposit fee per pet, half of which is refundable upon fulfillment of your lease agreement. These charges are due at the time your pet is brought onto the property.
